How can I pay for my order?

Have you received my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will be directed to a confirmation page with your order number. You will then get an order confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email saying your order is on it’s way to you.
Can I change my order?
We get to work as soon as you submit your order, so unfortunately, once your order is complete, you can no longer change or add to your order. However, you can easily return any unwanted items to us for a refund. Please see “Returns” page

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods (of course, we’d rather you didn’t, but you have a legal right to do this under something called the distance selling regulations).
How do I use my Promo Code?
You can enter any promo codes during the cart and checkout page in the ‘Redeem Promo Code Box’, and hit ‘Apply Coupon’. The basket will recalculate based on valid codes. Remember- only one promotional / discount code can be used per order!
What if my Promo Code doesn’t work?
Please click review the Terms and Conditions of the promotion, as many discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
Please also check that the code/link you are using is still valid and not out of date.

What if I forget to use my promo code?
Unfortunately, we are unable to manually enter discounts after the order has been completed.
What are your delivery rates?

Can I track my delivery?
To track your order you’ll need the tracking number that we sent to you in your order confirmation email after your purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery times are between two to four working days. We also deliver to all E.U. countries. Next day delivery is available for all orders made before 2pm Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays).
What if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
Please can you patiently wait up to 4 days after the promised delivery date to receive your parcel in case of a delivery delay, (especially during the Christmas Rush) but we will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can.
If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us stating your order number and we will look into this for you.
What if my order is incorrect or I received a faulty item?
Oh no. We’re sorry to hear that. Please message us stating the order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and further details of the problem. One of our staff will be more than happy to look into this for you.
What is your returns policy?
How long do I have to return my order?
You have 14 days from the date of the placed order.
How long does processing a return take?
We aim to process your return and refund you as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 21 days. If you have not been refunded after 21 days of returning the item, please contact us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will look into this for you.
Is delivery cost refunded?
Sorry but unfortunately we cannot refund original postage costs or delivery charges
Can I exchange an item?
Sure you can! But please note we will only offer you an exchange or refund providing that the goods are in perfect condition and have all their original labelling and packaging. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached labels and before disposing of any original packaging.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?
No you can choose guest checkout at the checkout page, and place an order without having to create an account.
What if I forget my password?
What if my email address changes?
Changing your email address is easy! Simply log into your account using your old email address, and click on ‘Edit Email Address/Password’ under Account Details. Once you’ve made your changes, press Continue and your changes will be saved.
How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
Just hit ‘Unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of the email newsletter, or uncheck the newsletter option in your account dashboard under “Newsletters”.
